Changelog

It is difficult to keep things sequential/linear in long run. When you start you have limited idea of the field. So development of content in reality is going to be adhoc and iterative. And yet when you want to reveiw the material again in future you may want to check it in linear logical fashion. So What is the solution? For now let’s keep a simple changelog for any major addendum or iteration to the chapter.
